- Use sublimation transfer paper to mirror and print the pattern
- Use scissors to cut out the outline of the desired pattern along the edge of the pattern. It is recommended that the outline of OBM paper is 1-2mm larger than the pattern (if you have an engraving machine, you can also use an engraving machine to engrave the outline of the pattern)
- Set the temperature and time of the heat press machine to 180℃, 40S, and the pressure is medium to small
- Iron the fabric to be transferred, tear off the bottom paper of the OBM with the cut outline, cover the OBM paper with the sublimation transfer paper, center the pattern, cover with the release paper and press the heat transfer machine to complete the transfer
- Wash after 24h after the transfer is completed. Do not soak for a long time or dry
- The pressure of the heat transfer machine should not be too high when transferring the thick and fine pearlescent OBM. If the pressure is too high, it will cause the hot melt adhesive to penetrate the fabric, causing the sublimation paper to stick to the OBM fabric. Less pressure
- The covering of thick and thin pearlescent OBM paper is relatively poor, so you need to be cautious when choosing the fabric, and pay attention to the color when transferring on dark-colored fabrics.
- The pattern printed on OBM paper and sublimation paper must be transferred successfully at one time. The pattern cannot be transferred to the OBM first, and the OBM with the pattern should be cut off and transferred to the clothes. First, the transferred pattern will be sublimated due to high temperature and the effect of pattern transfer will be worse; second, the structure of the hot melt adhesive layer will be destroyed, and the OBM will fall off the fabric after washing
