What is OBM Sublitextile?
In the market of the printing, there are many products,like heat transfer paper, sublimation paper and etc. As we all known, heat transfer paper is used for the cotton fabric with cotton content more than 60%, and we can use sublimation paper on the light color polyester fabric, but if you want to transfer the dark color polyester fabric,what can do you? And what kind of paper can you use?
Now, i would like to introduce a material called OBM sublitextile, it can be used with the sublimation paper, and this material is used for solve the problem that sublimation paper cannot be used on the dark color polyester fabric. In our company, there are six types OBM in our country: tatami, long velvet,short velvet,stain pearlescent, rough pearlescent and elastic. These six types have different touch feeling.
How to use it with sublimation paper ? Actually, it is very easy to use. First, print the image on the sublimation paper and cut the obm sublitextile by cutting plotter, the shape of the obm should the same as the sublimation paper, and then put the obm on the clothes, and put the sublimation paper on the obm, then heat it by 180 degree and 40 seconds,you will get a good test result.
